Reviving Ancient Wisdom for Modern Healing
Established in 2017 as a Public Charitable Trust (Registration No. 1847/17), Yog Gurukul Asom stands as a beacon of holistic health in Northeast India.
What began as a small community initiative in Mirza has now evolved into a premier institution affiliated to Manipur International University (MIU) — an Autonomous State Statutory International University recognized by the UGC under Sections 2(f) and 22 of the UGC Act, 1956.
Our journey is driven by a singular vision: to bridge the gap between ancient Yogic wisdom and modern healthcare needs. Through our innovative "Earn While You Learn" programs, we have empowered hundreds of rural youth to become certified therapists, finding both employment and purpose. We are proud to be a Constituent College of MIU, dedicated to Yoga and Naturopathy.
