Welcome to Yog Gurukul Asom. By accessing our website, enrolling in any course (affiliated to Manipur International University), or participating in our neurotherapy camps, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which blend legal standards with our ancient Gurukul ethos.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Yog Gurukul Asom (established 2017). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. Continuing signifies your acceptance, including future updates.

2. Our Services

We provide:

• Authentic yoga teacher training & degree programs.
• Neurotherapy & holistic healing camps.
• Online wellness courses.

All services are delivered based on traditional yogic sciences integrated with modern evidence-based neurotherapy. Results may vary per individual constitution (Prakriti).

3. Enrollment & Payments

• Course Fees: Must be paid in full before commencement unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
• Refund Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 15 days before start. 50% refund within 7 days. No refund after course begins.
• Therapy Camps: Fees are non-refundable but transferable to another person or future camp.

4. Code of Conduct (Gurukul Discipline)

Every student and patient must respect the Parampara (lineage). You agree to:

• Maintain dignity, punctuality, and silence where required.
• Not consume alcohol, tobacco, or non-vegetarian food inside the eco-campus premises.
• Follow instructions of mentors like Dharmendra Chik Baraik and faculty.

Violation may lead to expulsion without refund.

5. Health Disclaimer & Liability

Yoga and neurotherapy are natural healing sciences but not a substitute for emergency medical treatment.

• You must disclose all pre-existing medical conditions before participation.
• Yog Gurukul Asom, its mentors, or affiliates are not liable for injuries arising from non-disclosure or failure to follow instructions.
• By attending therapy camps, you assume full responsibility for your well-being.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including course materials, yoga sequence diagrams, and neurotherapy protocols—is the exclusive property of Yog Gurukul Asom. Reproduction, redistribution, or teaching our proprietary methods without written permission is prohibited.

7. Cancellation & Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course/camp due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural events, pandemics). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or a seat in the next batch.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Assam, Northeast India.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
