1st Batch of M.A./M.Sc. in Yoga

The 1st Batch of M.A./M.Sc. in Yoga continues its academic journey with meaningful learning activities designed to strengthen both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of Yoga. An important session was held on 18th March 2026, in which around 20 students actively participated. The activity focused on enhancing discipline, concentration, and deeper awareness of yogic principles.
